Hakuhodo DY ONE Inc. is a new company established to serve as Hakuhodo DY Group’s digital core. We bring together not only the capabilities of D.A.Consortium Inc. (DAC) and Irep Co., Ltd. (Irep), but also the digital marketing knowledge and human resources of Hakuhodo, Hakuhodo DY Media Partners and other group companies.

DAC and Irep were both born in the early days of online marketing. Over the years, we have supported numerous partner companies and helped a wide range of clients overcome the issues they face. Thanks to their endorsement, we have been able to contribute to the development of digital marketing and gain a prominent position in the industry.

In a market environment that changes dramatically with each day, technology and marketing tools and methods are advancing at an accelerating pace. In particular, we are seeing an evolution in the relationship between companies and sei-katsu-sha(a term the Hakuhodo DY Group uses to describe people not simply as consumers, but as fully rounded individuals with their own lifestyles, aspirations and dreams). Companies are tasked to actively create new consumer experiences that take advantage of technology and digital marketing and lead to new business opportunities. Working with our client companies, we are pursuing new forms of marketing management that will become their mid- to long-term investments in intellectual capital.

To this end, we have decided to unite the strengths of three entities: Irep, which uses the power of improvement to pave the future; DAC, which supports society by comprehensively creating and managing new technology; and Hakuhodo DY Group, which creates new relational value by bringing together sei-katsu-sha, companies and society with a creative edge centered on sei-katsu-sha.

Working together as one, we are now Hakuhodo DY ONE.
