IT consulting: Approach from four perspectives
We promote IT projects from two sets of opposite perspectives: user and system, and top-down and bottom-up. Our IT consultants ensure strategic and practical IT development by striking a balance among the four perspectives.
Top-down perspective
We define the direction of IT based on the vision and strategy of the management team to develop an IT investment plan to achieve company-wide objectives.
User perspective
We analyze the operational process and user needs in detail to optimize the user experience and upgrade the system utilization environment.
System perspective
We design optimal system architecture based on a thorough understanding of technical constraints and existing systems. We also take into consideration the necessity of efficient development and long-term maintainability.
Bottom-up perspective
We promote problem solution and proposals for improvement by integrating feedback from the field, thus facilitating agile collaboration between teams.
